If you’re on Twitter and follow horse / sports gambling you’ve no doubt seen the plethora of people trying to sell their picks. In the course of a discussion about touts and how much of a ripoff they are, I noticed someone mention Rob Henie’s East Coast Handicapping Report as a rare gem - reasonably priced and containing solid horse handicapping information.
Always looking for an edge, I’m inclined to give various “tipsters” or “tout sheets” an opportunity to show what they’re capable of. There is worthwhile information out there, especially in the world of football gambling. Phil Steele’s POWER SWEEP and THE GOLD SHEET are two examples.
Visiting the ECHR website I discovered the Saturday Belmont report was only $19 and this included a “free” Sunday Belmont report as well. I paid with a credit card and eagerly awaited the report.
On Saturday I didn’t receive the report until 13 minutes before the first race. Someone named Debbie apologized for not noticing my order sooner.

Not that impressive, but a respectable effort. I’d love to post the results for Sunday, June 20… but I never received the report.
ECHR was notified via email Sunday afternoon that I never received the report. I’ve yet to receive a response.
I cannot recommend ECHR since they do not deliver what they advertise.
